Nottingham County Council has begun working with Servelec to allow interoperability between the council and native trusts.
The Discharge to Assess resolution is constructed on Servelec’s Conexes interoperability platform and was designed and developed by the council to help hospital discharge processes.
It allows direct system to system messaging and updates between Servelec’s Mosaic social care case administration system and digital affected person information (EPR) on the county’s acute trusts.
